This is where I keep records of all conventions I've been to and will be going to, either as an attendee or as a dealer.

DEALS

When you see my table at a convention, please know there are some deals that are available, even if I don't have signs up for them. All you have to do is ask. These deals include:

• Cosplayer Discount - receive up to $2 off if you're in cosplay when you purchase a hat
• Exact Numbers - if you can guess the exact number of stars in a bottle you are purchasing, you can receive $1 off it's cost. Spend an extra $1, and I'll tell you the exact number of stars in the bottle.

There are two names that you might see me listed under when at conventions. Either 'Weasel Juice' or 'Winking Needle'.

I also want to look into some day getting a table in the Artist Alley of AnimeFEST, or even A-Kon. But if I'm ever in town for them, I'll settle to being just attenders.

As of yet, I've not Cosplayed for any conventions, but when I do, I'll be sure to post about it here.

Every convention I've been to didn't require a hotel room for me, and I want to see how long I can keep that tradition up. But eventually I'll evolve past that and be able to go to even more conventions.

IN THE PAST

The first convention I went to was AnimeFEST 2004, since it was local. I spent all my money on a day pass and didn't get anything from the convention, but I did notice the hats for sale in the Artist Alley.

I went to AnimeFEST again, for a day, in 2005. And again I saw the hats for sale. So I asked my mom if she'd make me one. A fox hat, to be exact.

By this time I was in Louisiana for college and began looking up conventions in the area. I found out about MechaCon and began preparing to be in the Artist Alley of 2006. Which went really well, and I returned in 2007 with my friend Kino.

In 2008 I missed out on AnimeFEST but I did get to see A-Kon for the first time. It was huge.

I also missed out on the Artist Alley for MechaCon, so I upgraded to the Dealer's Room and plan to sit there for good. I also branched out to another convention, BabelCon in Baton Rouge, which went alright but not quite the scene for my products.
